Spencer Willis serves as the Vice President of Operations at C Three Logistics, where he plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the company’s logistics, safety, and operational efficiency. With a strong background in the energy transportation industry, Spencer has been instrumental in driving innovation and implementing best practices across C Three’s expanding operations.
In 2024, Spencer was recognized as BPN’s New Innovator of the Year, a prestigious award highlighting his forward-thinking approach and contributions to the industry. His leadership continues to position C Three Logistics as a top-tier provider in hazardous materials transportation, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service to customers.
Spencer’s experience extends beyond logistics management. He currently serves as a volunteer firefighter for just shy of 20 years, demonstrating his deep commitment to public safety and emergency response. He began his career in emergency services in New Jersey before transitioning to the transportation sector. He joined Papco LLC as a dispatcher under Henry S. Papiano, then moved to C Three Logistics in 2017, where he advanced from lead dispatcher to Vice President of Operations.
His operational leadership has been crucial in handling emergency logistics, including coordinating driver deployments for hurricane relief efforts. His expertise in crisis management and strategic planning has made a significant impact on propane and hazardous materials distribution in the region.
When Spencer has free time, he loves to spend it with his beautiful wife, Caitlan, and their three children, Madelyn, Peyton, and Spencer Jr. As a family, they enjoy camping, fishing, and exploring the outdoors. They are also passionate about traveling, discovering new places, and making lasting memories.
Spencer is deeply committed to ensuring that the propane industry in New Jersey continues to thrive, not just for his generation, but for his children and their children’s children as well.
